If you ordered DIRECTV NOW service on or after March 12, 2018, you will have an AT&T Access ID and password.
Email communications from DIRECTV NOW are sent to your contact email address, including your order confirmation and monthly payment reminders. Your contact email address may be the same as your AT&T Access ID, but can also be different.
To change the contact email address for your ID:
- Sign in to your account using a supported browser.
- Select the Home page person icon to access your User Account.
- Select My Profile.
- Next to Email, select Edit.
- Update your contact email address.
- Select Save.
Note: You may not see the update to your email address immediately in your User Account. Changes should be reflected by the next day.
