You receive Error Message 30: Service Error.
This error may display if you have an intermittent or weak Internet connection.
If the error is due to a temporary hiccup on our end, we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
You can also try the following:
- Restart your device/player
- Close and restart the DIRECTV NOW app
- Check for DIRECTV NOW app updates in your App Store
- Uninstall/reinstall DIRECTV NOW app
- Look for device software updates in your software store
