To downgrade or make a change in your plan:
- Sign in to your DIRECTV NOW account using a supported browser.
- Select the Home page person icon.
- Select Settings.
- Access your User Account.
- Select Manage My Plan to view available packages and premium channels.
- Make your desired plan changes and select Accept Changes to save.
Note: Your updated package and new pricing will not take effect until your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unwatched content.
