You receive Error Message 20: Login Error.
This means that the DIRECTV NOW email address and/or password was entered incorrectly.
Make sure you are using the email address associated with your DIRECTV NOW account. If you've forgotten the email address associated with your account, select Chat available at the bottom of this page for assistance.
Enter your password. If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Password and an email will be sent to the account holder with reset instructions. For security purposes, your account will be temporarily locked for thirty minutes after five unsuccessful login attempts.
