Do you want to update your payment information with a new card number, revised expiration date, or corrected address? Or did you receive notice that your bill could not be processed with your current payment information?
Updating your account information is easy:
- Sign in to your account using a supported browser.
- (If your payment could not be processed) Select a new package and any desired premium channels.
- Select the Home page person icon.
- Select Settings.
- Access your User Account.
- Select Payment Info.
- Enter your changes on the Payment Info screen and save your changes.
Note: Your bill cycle date cannot be changed.
