If you receive any of the below Error Messages, your content is not loading properly:
- 1501/1502 or QP1501/QP1502: Program had some trouble loading. Please try again later.
- 1004006 or QP1004006: Program had some trouble loading. Please try again later.
This issue should clear up on its own, enabling play to resume in a matter of seconds. In rare cases, it may take 1-2 minutes for play to resume.
Tips to resume normal streaming without waiting:
- Channel up or channel down to watch something else.
- Restart the DIRECTV NOW app to clear the error.
- Restart your streaming device.
